The Ordinary General Assembly was organised during the annual congress in Rotterdam last week. Unfortunately, we did not reach the required quorum (30% of full members) in order to validate the vote of the participants.
As indicated in the bylaws, we are now giving the opportunity to all current full members to vote online on the proposed resolution which consists in three points:
- Modifying the Secretary General's term of office from 3 to 2 years
- Creating a position of Secretary General Elect (1 year)
- Creating a position of Programme Committee Chair

The online voting platform can be accessed via your member area, it will be open until Wednesday Oct 8th (for full members only). We count on your participation!
